What to do when encountering a bug?

CodeCaged always want to deliver products with least bugs, in order to accomplish that, we test our products on any available computer within our reach. Since everyone has different hardware, different problems can be encountered which we didn't detect before.


In order to solve, we are requesting you to submit these bugs in our forum under the "Bug Reporting" section of the current product. We ask you to post the following details and attachments so we will understand better what is the source of the bug and how we can solve it together.


Here is a list of the files we ask you to put in the post:

To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Start Button".
  2. Click on "Run".
  3. In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and then click ok.


    4. run dxdiag


  4. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.

  5. Click the "Save All Information" button.


    6. save all information


  6. A "Save As" window should be presented to you.


    7. save as dialog


  7. Click on "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as "DxDiag.txt").


    8. save


  8. Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.


Note: when posting a bug report don't forget to mention the version of the product you have used when encountering with the bug.
